WHERE SHOULD PLEA BARGAINING APPLICATION BE FILLED ?   ·         An application for Plea Bargaining should be filed in the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate where the case is pending ·         No court fee is to be paid on the application or the accompanying affidavit.
